MEAT sealing devices are the answer to all problems due to goods handling. As a matter of fact, they settle a very good connection between warehouse and vehicles and can adjust perfectly to any type of vehicle avoiding dissipation of calories and negative calories, infiltration of dust and harmful gasses, etc. Moreover, they favor loading and discharging procedures and protect operators from bothersome draughts thus granting a higher working productivity. Cushion sealing devices have a hot galvanized steel supporting frame; the front mantle is made of foam ed polyurethane buffers enveloped with a green 900-g/mq. polyester/Pvc scratch resistant and self-extinguishing class 2 mantle. The cushions are equipped with antiwear Pvc reinforcements. They are available both in the version with fixed horizontal buffers and in the one with adjustable height buffers with upper tent. Limpets sealing devices have a supporting frame made of galvanized steel structurals; the grey (or other color on request) covering mantle is made of 900 g/m2 self-extinguishing class 2 polyester/PVC fabric and is reinforced in the higher wearable areas. The front mantle made of 3-4 mm thick black antiwear rubber limpets is contoured by aluminium extruded structural. Such front mantle may also be made of green double-buttered 900 gr/m2 polyester/PVC scratch resisting and self extinguishing class 2 limpets reinforced with harmonic steel bars, which limpets sealing devices particularly good for food operation. They are also equipped with an impact-absorbing device with swinging arms that prevents that sealing devices are damaged by incorrect operation of conductors. |
